BREAKFAST IS READY!!!!!!!

I must admit that while I love every meal of the day my secret favorite is breakfast. Starting your day off with a good breakfast can give the rest of your day a jumpstart. However, just as all meals have a downside breakfast does too. It seems like in order to make a breakfast you have to stand in front of a hot griddle while your feet get tired and monotonously flip pancakes all the while getting pancake batter spatters on your fuzzy PJ's! Not the funnest experience. So instead of laboring in front of the stove to have a quality breakfast meal I have the perfect recipe that will give you time to enjoy your morning as you please and then....EAT! The recipe this week are dutch boy pancakes! They are to die for and this is a completely fool proof recipe! You'll never think of breakfast the same after you have these!

You'll Need:
1 cup milk
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of flower
1/2 stick of butter
syrup (you've gotta put something sweet on top:) fruit goes well too)
Instructions:
In a blender, blend eggs, milk, salt and flour. Keep the blender running the whole time to get the batter light and fluffy. In a baking pan melt the half stick of butter. Pour the blended mixture in the pan and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. (Once they come out I love to sprinkle them with powdered sugar but that's totally up to you)

Happy Eating Food Lovers!

I just made these a couple weeks ago and I love them. This looks like the exact same recipe my family uses but we call them German Pancakes.
